Community & Outreach Support

We provide flexible support to individuals living in their own homes or family environments.

This includes:
– Daily living support 
– Accessing the community
– Attending appointments
– Building independence and life skills

Complex Needs & Behavioural Support

We support individuals who may present behaviours of concern, using a structured and proactive approach.

Our support includes:
– Positive Behaviour Support (PBS-informed approach)
– Risk management and safety planning
– Emotional regulation support
– Consistent staffing for stability

Supported Living (Coming Soon)

We are currently developing our Supported Living service, designed to support individuals to live independently within their own homes while receiving tailored care.

This service will include:
– 24-hour support packages (including waking nights)
– 1:1 and 2:1 staffing ratios
– Support with daily living skills
– Community integration and social inclusion
– Positive behaviour support

We are actively engaging with local authorities and commissioning teams ahead of launch.
 

All support is delivered by trained staff, with a strong focus on safeguarding, dignity, and person-centred care in line with current best practice.
