At Support To Strive, our story is deeply personal and rooted in a passion for helping others. Founded by individuals with a true understanding of the challenges and joys that come with autism, learning disabilities and mental health, our journey began with a simple yet powerful desire to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

For years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals on the autism spectrum. Through these experiences, I have gained a profound understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and tailored support. Each day, I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance and care can empower individuals to reach their fullest potential — and this fuels our mission at Support To Strive.

We know that autism and learning disabilities are not limitations; they are simply different ways of experiencing and interacting with the world. Our goal is to offer personalized, compassionate care that helps individuals gain confidence, learn new skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives.

Our Growth & Future Development

At Support To Strive, we are committed to continuously developing our services to better meet the needs of the individuals we support and the wider community.

As part of our growth, we are currently working towards establishing Supported Living services. This will enable individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live more independently within their own homes, while receiving tailored, person-centred support.

We are actively engaging with local authorities and commissioning teams as we develop this service, ensuring it is safe, effective, and aligned with best practice.
